I have been working on this free app for a while and I think it's now ready to be released.
    Control Panel

The app talks to the telemetry server of the game. This means your device only has to be on the same WiFi network.
An infinite number of devices can be connected to the game at the same time so you can control multiple stations.

My next goal is to make it look better.

    Get it on Google Play

Not bad. It worked for me just fine.

I am not sure what the Set Station button is supposed to do. I had to switch to Manual Mode from within NL2 otherwise your app did not work. It is possible to use the telemetry interface (there is a special message for that) to set the station to manual mode, so an extra button for that would be great.

    Good work so far.

The Set Station button makes you control the closest station.
I will add the Manual Mode and Emergency Stop buttons.

    EDIT: Done
Awesome! I just added it to the NL2 Resources thread.

The app is now available on the Play Store. I have updated the main post.

Awesome, I wanted to do something similar but was too lazy xD. Is it possible to communicate over the telemetry server?

The telemetry server lets other applications control some parts of the game. It's documented in the help files (Reference -> Telemetry Server).
It's not for communication, it's for controlling.
    I really like this!

Probably not. I have no experience with iOS and I'm not going to learn it. Maybe someone else will do it though.
