    OMG this is great. Awesome sounds code :D Makes everything so much more realistic with just a tiny detail. especially on B&M's.

    The roar on the B&M's is an amazing touch of detail. Only problem with it is that it doesn't seem to work very well with tall coasters, the roar turns more into a squeal on hypers and gigas.

    After having been to Thorpe Park this weekend I think the Intamin needs to sound a bit more rattly, although that might just be because the test coaster for that was Colossus... That ride hurts me.

    Great work Code, with a bit of work, this could drastically change the simulation for the better. Imagine a whole park of B&M roar... mmmm. :P

    I like it on the B&M, but the howl sounds out of place on the Intamin. Cool project though - would definitely be neat to have sonic options, in particular on B&Ms (i.e. old school roar vs. sound-dampened).

    I am getting an error message, but only for 1 of the 2 tracks I used it on. did I do something wrong?

    also the first time it said "in Line 3" now it says "Line 2", what gives?

    Can you edit the script and make the roar louder?

    I cannot get it to attach to the train on this older jet coaster. Why is this?

    ^ It doesn't attach, you just place it inside the train, preferably, and then the sound will work.

    I tried to package a coaster of mine with the roar of the other coaster style. I got this error.

    It's still a Beta. I am sure he will work on it, or let everyone know that this is where it stands. Patience.

    Open the roar.nlvm file and either delete line 2 which says " import nlvm.math3d.*; " or add " // " right in front of this line.
    Then it should work I think.

    Its not a real big error, since Code imported a class which is not used at all. So the script works fine but somehow Nolimits can't handle it when you save the package.

    yes, deleting line 2 worked for me perfectly. I realize its only a warning, but there is no reason to have warnings/error messages popping up when you open a park. The point is to fix it, thus the beta.

    also it sounds really weird when the train is moving <4 mph down the patented B&M super long break run. Its just a low bass rumble, maybe you could make it switch off at say 3-4 mph. just an idea.

    While I get more sounds for the sound kit, improve the script ect. , I decided to make these:





    a rock set! This set only contains 4 sco pieces but is extremely customization, as every rock is randomly scaled/rotated, it makes it look like every rock is unique, each rock is LOD'd as well! I have over 1500 placed down at the moment and no apparent frame drop.

    I presume that those sound effects, like the ones for the track, can be changed to allow for different styles of ARB, like the older B&Ms.

    Lovely to see new trees in the game, but I'm not entirely sure what I'm looking at. Is it a pine or a larch or a cedar? Either way, you're going to want to create pancakes of leaves to get the layering right - instead of a ball of leaves type shape like you see on a lot of deciduous trees, you want to create differing levels of branching all in relatively the same direction.



    This shows branching well - and even though this is a larch, it pretty much covers all of pines, firs, cedars...albeit they might have different shapes...the method is still the same. Upright erect form with horizontal branching - needles and leaves fairly flat and in the same direction to the branch.
