Here's my latest project. It's a custom LIM coaster that is influenced by the older Premier LIM coasters and the newer Maurer AG launched X-car coasters. I'm still working on the second half, but here's a few pics of what I've done so far.

Thanks! I've been in a NL2 slump lately, heh. It's been awhile since I made a coaster I was happy with. Figure this project will help me get more motivated. :-)

    Here's a small update:

Worked on this for a little bit over the weekend. Layout is finished and supports are pretty much done.

Question: Would you consider 160 degrees to be an inversion or an overbank?

160 degrees? I call it an inversion.

160 is an inversion. I believe anything past 120 is considered an inversion.

    Yep totally an inversion.

Only just looked in this thread - This looks like great fun, and I'm loving the colour scheme too - nice and bright without being OTT!

    Thanks guys!

It's been a few weeks, but here's a quick update. I changed the ending and made the layout a little longer. Hope to have this up sometime next week.

Not sure why I haven't commented on this yet ... anyway, once again an impressive layout which - although influenced by real life companies - definitely bears the hallmarks of you. Supports, the execution of the elements as well as the scenery also seem to be pretty well done. Looking forward to its release! :)

    Thanks baadrix!

This last bit of summer turned out to be a little more hectic than I planned, but I finally had some free time this week to work on this project.

I ended up redoing the ending again.

Instead of going into a right hand turn after the dive loop, it now quickly banks slightly to the left and then to the right:

All that's really left to do is finish the station, tweak a few supports, and finish the scenery.

Wow, this looks impressive. Fantastic layout and a gorgeous environment, you've clearly put a lot of effort into this!

The new ending is much better! Love the overall scene, as always. The first hill, before the cobra roll, is my favorite! The shaping looks great!

Looks great! I would absolutely love to see a cartexture on that train, but the rest of the ride and surrounding area looks astounding!

One of the best packages I've opened in a long time. Everything is beautifully done and the ride was completely tangible ... felt very much like it could exist in a real park.

This is definitely a top 10 park in my book. Seriously, the way the layout interacted with the pathways and scenery, along with all the little buildings and flatrides to make the area seem even more realistic. I thought this was all great, until I later realized it was made from nothing but supports... Great job, I can't wait to see future projects.
