    Hello guys,

    I'm new here in the forum and I wanted to introduce my project. My name is Svatlas (3d-Ruler) and I'm working on a water ride for NL2. I'll thematise complete the water ride and all models are built to 95% itself. Here are a few recent pictures. The ride is still under construction:) Special thanks to "muchwoo" he helped me alot with scripts and some new ideas!

    Looks fantastic! Really nice job. Personally I would make that mayan pyramid interact with the track. It looks a bit isolated in its current position.

    Wow well then. I think someone is finally getting a working flume ride ready for NoLimits 2. Great work. With a fully immersive environment like this, attention to detail is key. Keep it up!

    Those objects are totally amazing. And also very nice textures (I still wish that I could create textures, that just have 10% the quality of yours)
    I think it's going to be a very nice themed ride, hopefully with more specials, additionally to the door. Maybe some sounds, like a crinkly shrubbery, to add an adventurelike (maybe a bit spooky) atmosphere.

    Every update blows my mind even more.

    I only have my doubt about the lengt of the queue, seems very short for 60 minutes and 30 minutes.
    The exit seems to fit much more like a entrance

    This is sooo neat. Do you have any plans of adding other attractions? It would be pretty amazing to see a roller coaster weave its way through that area!

    Yes ill add my topspin but with new textures (junglefever) and i also add a complete themed minetraincoaster around the area. So that the water ride is located in a valley. The first sculpt rocks are in the area now.

    New pillars. The model itself comes from tombraider 2013. Ive improved the textures



    All doors have animations now. Thanks to muchwoo!

    The pillar looks like the ones from Tomb Raider Anniversary! You know, from Qualopecs Tomb.
    I dont remember seeing them in TR2013

    Yes but i think its from tomb raider underworld


    The station get a new design. I wasnt happy about the old one. The roof gets some animation to open it by good and bad weather.

    I also love the new design in general but if you ask me the arches of the roof could maybe have some more polygons.

    Thank you .Yes thats true:) 5-6 subs more its enough. Ill change it later. Ive also improved one cocopalm from n7. Ive reduce it from 1256 polys to 546 and new uvs´s

    No, in the middle of the ride's water path there are many rock-like things. Are they for mapping out the ride's course?

    Unity is an game engine... maya, blender are 3D modelling software.

    i think maya looking at his work.

    EDIT: whoops, Unity 3D is yes. sorry bout that, but still not commonly used for modelling.

    min. 60-220 fps(max.settings) and more with my system(xeon i3,GTX 970,8GB Ram).Last check was 130 fps on average(max.settings). With Vsnyc nonstop 60 fps(max.settings) with no drops. It runs also very well on lower systems with no lags.

    I would love to see how my system runs this project. I work on a laptop, with an HD 4000 chip intergraded.
    I'll just wait and see when this gets released on steam :)

    I give my best Battin:) but i think it will works fine. The hd 4000 is the ivy bridge and not bad:). Ive optimized many things the last days and iam improving the textures now. I create texture atlas for a better performance in the future.

    I showed this project to a potential client to illustrate how immersive NoLimits 2 is to virtualize a park-going experience (the sound fx walkthrough) - He was VERY impressed. If we get the bid, I'll have to cut you a check ;)
